June 15, 2010, BroadcastAsia, Singapore – ACDN and China-based Mobile Internet Platform Solutions provider ShenZhen Temobi Science & Technology Development Co., Ltd. (Temobi) today announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for a joint venture to bring mobile platform technology to Singapore and use it to distribute digital content globally.

Under the terms of the MOU, Temobi will bring to Singapore a number of global leading patents covering the areas of multi-media compression and transmission to create a mobile platform to strengthen ACDN distribution business in the world’s most robust mobile market.
“Temobi has proven solution which are used by more than 10 million paid subscribers in China” said Raymond Neoh, Founder and Director, ACDN. “ We aim to leverage on their expertise which has solid foundation on many global leading patents concerning mobile streaming.”
With this partnership, a new platform is created using Temobi latest technology which will transform Singapore into a world class digital media hub for mobile content distribution.
