Overview
The Project is for ACDN to provide a comprehensive set of services to digitise media content, store and to enable them for repurposing needs.

The scope of the project involved the provision of services including:

1.Digitisation of media content
2.Secure storage and cataloguing of Digitised Content
3.Provide online web portal for search of digitised content
4.Repurposing of the digitised content, including encoding of content back into its original media, format and definition.
5.Framework and documentation to ensure the process involved are secure and proper communication between all parties are maintained

The media content can be anywhere in the country and ACDN will retrieve them in a secure and structured manner. It is crucial that the content master list is accurate and up to date in order for the total process to be on time and successful, thus care is taken when finalising the list of content to be digitised.
